Fluid To Gas were formed in Bonn in 1994 and have since released records and played tours across Germany and various European countries. After the release of Lemons For Lunch (2006) on their own label F-Spin Records, priorities began to shift: families, jobs, everyday life… Yet music remained the engine that kept everything moving – and Fluid To Gas continued rehearsing, writing new songs, and occasionally releasing small, mostly self-produced batches of recordings over the years.

With the addition of second guitarist Immi in 2016, numerous new impulses emerged, ultimately leading to a series of fresh recordings. The …On Air E.P. not only marked a return after a longer break, but was followed in recent years by a whole line of releases that document the band’s ongoing recording work. Things run at a slower, more deliberate pace here, as Fluid To Gas still handle everything themselves – from recording to artwork, from the label to the concerts.

The band is currently working on a new album.
